Booking and Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your event date. This deposit can be paid through Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
- Please provide a minimum of six weeks' notice prior to your event to ensure adequate planning time.
Event Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- If you need to reschedule your event, a fee of $50 will be charged for each week the event is pushed back.
- Cancellations must be made 48 to 72 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, your deposit will be forfeited, and no further charges will apply.
- In the unlikely event that Plan On The DL needs to cancel your event, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Additionally, you will receive a 25% discount on your next booking with us.
Liability and Responsibility:
- Plan On The DL is not responsible for any injuries sustained by attendees during the event.
- Any property stolen or damaged during the event is not the responsibility of Plan On The DL. We recommend that you take necessary precautions to protect your belongings.
Event Types:
- Plan On The DL specializes in planning weddings, dinner parties, and regular parties. However, we do not provide services for funerals.
